Marta supports the Intellectual Property Law team, specializing primarily in the creative industry, providing services to entities in the field of film, music, press, book advertising and new technologies. She deals with issues concerning copyright, image, personal rights and unfair competition, drafting and negotiating contracts in this regard. Marta also has wide experience in representing entities in disputes concerning intellectual property and protection of personal rights.
She has gained her previous professional experience while working for international and boutique law firms in the IP area.
She graduated law at Koźmiński University in Warsaw. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and a PhD candidate at the Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in Warsaw. She is also a scholarship grantee of the competition for PhD students of the University of Warsaw to participate in research and academic purposes at the New York University School of Law.
