Medexpress: Are we facing drug availability problems starting in July?

"Increasingly common shortages of medicines in pharmacies is currently one of the most important problems of the pharmaceutical industry in Poland. The problem has been growing for at least several years, but last year (as a result of the collapse of the production of active substances
in China) gained so much strength that it became known as a drug crisis. And now this crisis may get even worse as a result of the amendment to Article 77a of the Pharmaceutical Law which comes into force on 1 July this year.
