Provides legal services to entrepreneurs since 2012, also: Mediator of the Mediation Center at the Supreme Bar Council, on the list of permanent mediators kept by the President of the District Court in Wroclaw. A graduate of Doctoral Studies in Legal Sciences at the Institute of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wroclaw. Author of scientific articles in the field of property law. A graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Compliance and Project Management. Certified as: Compliance Officer, Internal Auditor for Compliance Management Systems, Internal Auditor for Anti-Bribery Management Systems.

As part of his professional practice, he deals with issues in the field of broadly understood civil law, company law, economic and commercial law, GDPR, labor law and in the field of construction law, real estate law and similar.

Provides legal services for corporate clients, including the preparation of all necessary documentation necessary for the trouble-free and smooth operation of the enterprise.

He supports clients in commercial negotiation processes and provides representation in business disputes, including legal representation services during commercial litigation.

Specializes in serving business entities from the retail industry; as well as from the construction and development industries through comprehensive legal services at the stage of planning and realization of construction and investment process, as well as also at a later stage - pre-trial and court proceedings in connection with claims arising from the investment.
