Tomasz Gospodarczyk

He deals with pharmaceutical law and provides legal services to entities in the Life Science Sector. He manages the Law Firm's practice in the areas of corporate, commercial contracts and cross-border agreements. He has extensive experience working as a lawyer for business, which he gained while working as an independent in-house lawyer and team leader in the biotechnology company which was dealing with drug development and currently provides contract services in the scope of development, analytics, and manufacturing of biologic medicines as a contract development and manufacturing organisation.

Tomasz is business oriented lawyer and attorney-at-law (PL) with over 10 years of experience in legal counselling. Focused on corporate, contract, commercial, privacy (GDPR), labour, life sciences and civil law. Well experienced in negotiating and drafting agreements or other legal documents as well as in legal risk analysis, particularly for start-ups and listed companies.

His aim is to provide comprehensive legal support for business including non-standard, complex solutions. He's also well experienced in working across various jurisdictions (the Member States of the European Union, U.S., England and Wales) and skilled to provide legal advice regarding foreign legal systems.

Tomasz completed his legal education at the University of Łódź, got a Postgraduate Degree in Pharmaceutical law for Business and an LLM in International Commercial Law at Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego (Kozminski University. Moreover, he obtained a Diploma with distinction in English Law and Legal Skills organised by the British Law Centre (a joint venture of the University of Warsaw and the University of Cambridge).
