Dominika focuses on matters relating to pharmaceutical law and Life Sciences in the broadest sense. She gained professional experience at a law firm specialising in pharmaceutical law, medical devices law and food law. She supported clients in regulatory aspects of medical research, including clinical trials of medicinal products, with a particular focus on reviewing and verifying clinical trial documentation and advising on compliance with applicable legal requirements. She also has experience in the field of intellectual property law, in particular in the area of patent applications and legal support in the process of protecting innovative solutions.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. She completed postgraduate studies in medical law and bioethics at the Jagiellonian University. She is currently an attorney-at-law trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association. She is a participant in the EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) program in healthcare at the Medical University of Lublin.
