21st Autumn Symposium of the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics Industry.
Lawyer Agnieszka Kulawiak gave a presentation entitled:
‘Storytelling that sells and does no harm – words under the scrutiny of the market and authorities’, in which she talked about how to create a marketing message that complies with the law and market expectations, while also being effective and engaging.
Legal advisor Tomasz Gospodarczyk, LL.M., took part in a panel debate entitled:
‘Responsibility and ethics in pharmaceutical law: the role of CSR and ESG in modern business strategy’, pointing out the importance of transparency, social responsibility and compliance of companies' activities with current legal regulations.
