What next for the ban on pharmacy advertising?

On MedExpress pl, lawyer Katarzyna Czyżewska comments on the latest CJEU ruling (C-200/24), which may force changes to the ban on advertising pharmacies in Poland, in force since 2012.

The Court ruled that an unconditional ban may violate EU rules on the freedom to provide services and conduct business, especially in light of the overly restrictive interpretation applied by supervisory authorities.
