Is memory becoming a subject of dispute?

We are pleased to announce that the latest issue of Gazeta Lekarska (11/2025) features an article by lawyer Krzysztof Czyżewski.

The article, entitled ‘When memory becomes a subject of dispute’, discusses the issue of the cult of memory of the deceased in Polish law — it explains when and why the memory of the deceased may become a subject of dispute and what consequences this has for loved ones.
