The creators of Vogule Poland have won their court case against TVN, with the judgement now final

The case concerning the dispute between Vogule Poland and TVN, which has now been concluded with a final and binding judgement, is one of the most interesting legal proceedings of recent years regarding the limits of satire, freedom of expression and the protection of personal rights.
