Public procurement

We offer legal assistance to our clients involved in the procedures for the award of a public service contract, with particular emphasis on tenders for the supply of medicinal products to hospitals. In the field of culture and protection of Intellectual Property cases, we indicate where public procurement law will not be applied, or advise on the selection of the optimal tender procedure. In addition, we represent clients in appeal procedures before the National Board of Appeal.
