Dariusz Tarabasz

Dariusz provides legal assistance within the scope of operation of medical entities. He prepares opinions, solves legal issues related to the provision of health services, as well as regulatory and information requirements for patients.
He has experience in representing clients before the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. Dariusz is the author of numerous articles on pharmaceutical law, copyright law and law related to artificial intelligence.
Dariusz gained his professional experience working, among others, in the Ministry of Finance and in a law firm specializing in pharmaceutical law. He also worked as an in-house lawyer in an advertising agency.
Dariusz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin (UMCS). He is the author of numerous publications on pharmaceutical law and media law, including legal aspects related to artificial intelligence.
Dariusz is a member of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Law Section of the Regional Council of Attorneys in Warsaw.
