He has got extensive experience in the wide area of the tax law, especially in the field of income tax and value added tax.
He provides legal advice while assessing planned and realized clients’ activities in the scope of tax law, analyzing created agreements in the aspects of legal effects and also advising in the process of tax optimization and implementing recommended tax solutions.
Dawid has also experience in representing clients in tax proceedings and tax audits. He is also a lecturer specializing in the field of value added tax, corporate income tax and transfer pricing. He is also an author of many publications related to tax law and intellectual property law.
Dawid completed his Master’s Degree in the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He also completed his PhD at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication in the Department of Intellectual Property Law.
