Camerimage International Film Festival - participation of Krzysztof Czyżewski

Camerimage International Film Festival was held on 9th to 16th November in Toruń .

On November 13th Krzysztof Czyżewski was one of the hosts of the meeting "Let's become digital, but let's also be fair". Issues discussed:

✔ various positions of authors in the legal systems of EU Member States
✔ key provisions of the DSM Directive on the European unitary digital market

✔ impact on co-managing organizations, audiovisual artists and cinematographers
✔ informing and motivating national professional organisations to exert pressure on authorities
✔ further action to motivate Member States to empower authors
✔ call for strong and reliable regulation of authors' rights in all EU Member States
