MINI-MEET Workshop: Children in Film

On 17 October Krzysztof Czyżewski and Maciej Jamiołkowski led MINI-MEET workshops: CHILDREN IN FILM.

Agenda:

✔ how to build a contract with a underaged actor?
✔ how does the contract with a underage actor change depending on his/her age?
✔ how to properly regulate the use of the child's image/artistic performance in the contract?

✔ what formal requirements resulting from the labour law and health and safety regulations should a producer meet each time before employing a underage actor?
✔ from whom should the producer acquire the rights? (parent, agent, etc.).

The workshop took place at the KIPA headquarters in Warsaw.
