Amendment of the Public procurement law will come into force on 29th July, 2016
Legislative works on a big amendment to the Act on Public procurement law came to an end. The amending act has been undersigned by the President and published in the Journal of Laws. New regulations are aimed at implementing the Directive 2014/24/UE of 26th February 2014 on public procurement to the Polish legal system.
New legislation will have an influence, among others, on institutions, which use public funds and conduct activity regarding film production. After the amending act’s coming into force an exclusion from a duty to apply the Act on Public procurement law will be available only for media services providers, not for every entity who prepare programme materials intended for audiovisual media services.
