Maciej Huzior

he specializes in legal matters pertaining to a broadly defined health market; he advises on regulatory matters, labor law and commercial companies law
In addition, he drafts, comments on and negotiates agreements used in the business turnover, including distribution, agency and service agreements. He represents the Clients in civil and criminal court proceedings. He also assists in dispute resolution on an out-of-court phase. Maciej advises entities conducting healthcare activities and, those acting on pharmaceutical market.
He gained his professional experience in Poland and in the United States, in large international law firms and also in smaller national entities, including his individual law practice. He gave lectures and carried out training courses on civil and business law.
Maciej is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate LL.M. studies on international business law on the University of Florida in the United States and postgraduate studies on medical and pharmaceutical law on SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. Maciej is admitted to the bar in Poland and in the United States, in the state of New York.
