In her day-to-day practice she focuses on advising on regulatory issues, related to manufacturing, distributing marketing, advertising and promotion and safety of medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics and foodstuffs.
Agata has experience in providing legal support in the area of compliance and risk management in the Life Sciences sector. She also deals with public procurement law – related matters and issues related to reimbursement and financing of health care services.
Agata is a law graduate at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Catholic University of Lublin and a graduate of Americal Law School at the Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is a two-time winner of “The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition”. Agata gained her professional experience, among others, working for renowned law firm and providing legal support for nationwide federation assembling polish hospitals.
